Met deze badge leer je om je communicatievaardigheden te verbeteren door aan je lichaamstaal te werken. Bij de Duurzaamheidswinkel ga je in gesprek met bewoners om hen te helpen met hun vraag en behoefte op het gebied van duurzaamheid is. Deze badge leert je om daarbij zelfverzekerd en rustig over te komen. Een goede lichaamstaal helpt om beter over te komen bij bewoners, waardoor advies beter aankomt.
