This badge is issued to people who have gotten familiar with the archetypes of the future who:
are innovators;
use unique qualities and abilities to develop specific strategies; 
build growth strategies using a variety of resources;
lead new pathways to future learning, civic engagement and careers.

The holders of this badge have chosen one, two or even three archetypes that best match their personality now or what they want to strive to become in the future.
