Entrepreneurial people have the ability to turn ideas into actions that generate value for someone other than themselves. Entrepreneurial people are very important to society, business, education and many other fields. Why? Because these people show initiative, have the necessary courage, make decisions and show responsibility.

Do you recognize any of the following traits in yourself? Then you also have entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurial people...
  • see opportunities and do not like to keep things as they were when this does not work.
  • make their own plan and act accordingly
  • knowledge of relevant developments in the environment and use this knowledge effectively
  • have an eye for the effects of (their own) decisionmaking
  • willing to continuously get the best out of themselves and their projects and initiative
  • scan use argumentation, personal superiority and tact to gain the consent of others for a position
  • identify and investigate the wishes and needs of others and act accordingly
  • consider situations from different angles and think outside the box
  • know how to combine things and make connections
  • confer with others and know how to find and involve others through networking

Earning a badge
  1. If you are coached by VIBE, you may be eligible to earn entrepreneurial skills badges. This may be because you have already mastered one of these skills, you demonstrate this skill and seek recognition for it. It may also be because you have a desire to get better at this skill and set a goal that allows you to earn this badge.
  2. Each week there is a "badge of the week" that allows you to demonstrate your entrepreneurial skills. You can earn this badge by adding evidence to the task in the badge. Show in this evidence that you have demonstrated this skill. Your evidence will be reviewed by the work supervisor and coach. If approved, your badge goes into your Badge Wallet and you can use it, for example, during a job interview.

There are a total of 15 entrepreneurial skill badges. You decide which skill is important to you. Maybe because you can use it at work, in contact with your friends or because you want to complete an education. Of course, you can always keep improving your skill.
